राहुल के खिलाफ पटना के MP-MLA कोर्ट में चल रही न्यायिक प्रक्रिया पर हाईकोर्ट ने लगाई रोक
मोदी सरनेम केस में राहुल गांधी को पटना हाईकोर्ट से राहुल गांधी अंतरिम राहत मिली है. पटना के एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट में चल रही न्यायिक प्रक्रिया पर हाईकोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है. अब राहुल गांधी 25 अप्रैल को पटना की निचली अदालत में पेश नहीं होंगे. हाईकोर्ट ने 15 मई को सुनवाई की अगली तारीख तय की है मोदी सरनेम केस में फंसे कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को पटना हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिली। बिहार के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम और भाजपा राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील कुमार मोदी की याचिका पर एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को 25 अप्रैल को कोर्ट में हाजिर होने का आदेश दिया था। इस मामले में राहुल गांधी ने रोक लगाने के लिए एक याचिका पटना हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल की। जिस पर पटना हाईकोर्ट ने 15 मई तक रोक लगा दी। पटना हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस संदीप कुमार की बेंच ने राहुल गांधी की याचिका पर सुनवाई की थी। अब राहुल गांधी को एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट में हाजिर नहीं होना पड़ेगा। अगली सुनवाई 15 मई को पटना हाईकोर्ट में ही होगी।मोदी सरनेम केस को लेकर 2019 में ही यह याचिका दायर की गई थी. बीजेपी सांसद सुशील मोदी ने उनके खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया था. इस मामले में पटना की एमपी-एमएलए अदालत ने राहुल को 25 अप्रैल को व्यक्तिगत रूप से पेश होने को कहा था. इसके बाद राहुल ने इस फैसले को हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती थी. आज न्यायमूर्ति संदीप कुमार की एकलपीठ में सुनवाई हुई.
