दिल्ली में Apple Store की शानदार ओपनिंग, सीईओ टिम कुक ने किया ग्राहकों का स्वागत
दिल्ली के सलेक्ट सिटी वाक मॉल साकेत में एप्पल के दूसरे स्टोर की ग्रैंड ओपनिंग हो चुकी है. एप्पल के सीईओ टिम कुक ने इसकी ग्रैंड ओपनिंग की है. इससे पहले टिम कुक ने भारत के मुंबई में एप्पल के पहले रिटेल स्टोर की ओपनिंग की थी. टिम कुक ने इस दौरान हाथ जोड़कर लोगों का स्वागत किया एप्पल के दूसरे रिटेल स्टोर को देखने के लिए लोगों की भारी भीड़ लगी रही. सुबह से ही लोग लाइन में लगे रहे और टिम कुक से मिलने और एप्पल रिटेल स्टोर में जाने का इंतजार कर रहे थे. एप्पल का साकेत स्टोर की ओपनिंग सिटी वॉक मॉल में की गई है. ओपनिंग के बाद एप्पल के सीईओ टिम कुक ने लोगों से मुलाकात की. बता दें कि साकेत में खुला एप्पल स्टोर का साइज मुंबई के स्टोर से काफी कम है. ये 8,417.83 स्क्वायर फीट है, जबकि मुंबई का 20 हजार स्क्वायर फीट है. हालांकि दोनो स्टोर का किराया लगभग सेम है. दिल्ली के एप्पल स्टोर का किराया 40 लाख हर महीने और मुंबई वाले स्टोर का किराया 42 लाख रुपये है. एप्पल के दिल्ली वाले स्टोर पर 70 कर्मचारी हैं, जिसमें आधे से ज्यादा संख्या में महिलाएं भी हैं. वहीं मुंबई वाले स्टोर यानी एप्पल बीकेसी पर 100 कर्मचारी है और यहां भी महिला कर्मचारियों की संख्या ज्यादा है. इस स्टोर को ‘Indianise’ रखने का प्रयास किया गया है.
