रंगों का त्योहार होली और शब ए बारात को देखते हुए कानपुर पुलिस ने अपनी तैयारी पूरी कर ली है. पुलिस ने साफ कर दिया है त्योहारों के मौके पर किसी भी तरह की अराजकता फैलाने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी. इसके साथ ही पुलिस ने सभी धर्मों के धर्म गुरुओं के साथ पीस कमेटी बैठक की और शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की अपील की ताकि दोनों त्योहार शांति और सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में मनाए जा सकें. कानपुर पुलिस के जेसीपी आनंद प्रकाश तिवारी के मुताबिक कानपुर महानगर में पिछले सालों की समीक्षा करते हुए इस बार त्योहार को शांति पूर्वक तरीके से मनाए जाने की तैयारी की गई है. पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से धर्म गुरुओं, पीस कमिटी, सामाजिक जिम्मेदार लोगों के साथ पुलिस ने समन्वय बनाते हुए बैठक की. इस बार एक ही दिन होली और शब ए बारात पड़ रही है जिसे देखते हुए जनपद में10 हजार पुलिस बल, 1100 सब इंस्पेक्टर लगाए गए हैं. इसी के साथ 125 इंस्पेक्टर, 40 राजपत्रित अधिकारी और 4 कंपनी बल भी तैनात किया गया है. पुलिस फोर्स के अलावा जगह-जगह पर सीसीटीवी कैमरों के जरिए निगरानी की व्यवस्था की गई है. इसके अलावा ड्रोन सर्विलेंस, एलआईयू और युवा मित्र, सिविल डिफेंस के जरिए हर तरफ अराजकता फैलाने वालों पर पैनी नजर रखी जा रही है. पुलिस थाना स्तर पर समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के साथ बैठक की गई है. इसमें एकरूपता लाने की कोशिश की गई है. पुलिस का कहना है कि इस बार शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने वालों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जाएगी. शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने पर भारी चालान किया जाएगा और शांति भंग की धारा 151 की कार्यवाही भी होगी. ट्रैफिक और सिविल पुलिस को उपकरणों के साथ सड़क पर रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं.
