सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु सरकार को जारी किया नोटिस, यूट्यूबर मनीष कश्यप पर NSA का मामला
बिहार के यूट्यूबर मनीष कश्यप के खिलाफ राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (एनएसए) लगाने को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु और बिहार सरकार से जवाब मांगा है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ और न्यायमूर्ति पीएस नरसिम्हा की पीठ ने मनीष कश्यप की एनएसए के तहत हिरासत को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए दोनों राज्यों को नोटिस जारी किया।पीठ ने शुक्रवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कहा, “याचिकाकर्ता अनुच्छेद 32 के तहत मांगी गई राहत के अलावा एनएसए के तहत हिरासत के आदेश को चुनौती देना चाहता है। याचिकाकर्ता को याचिका में संशोधन करने की अनुमति है। हम निर्देश देते हैं कि याचिकाकर्ता को मदुरै सेंट्रल जेल से स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जाए।” मामले की अगली सुनवाई 28 अप्रैल को होगी।मनीष कश्यप की ओर से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता सिद्धार्थ दवे ने कहा गिरफ्तार यूट्यूबर पर तमिलनाडु में छह और बिहार में तीन एफआईआर दर्ज हैं। उनके खिलाफ एनएसए लगाया गया है। इस पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने हैरानी जताते हुए कहा, “मनीष कश्यप के खिलाफ एनएसए? इसके खिलाफ यह प्रतिशोध क्यों?”वही, तमिलनाडु सरकार की ओर से कपिल सिब्बल ने दलील पेश की। सिब्बल ने कहा कि मनीष कश्यप ने फर्जी वीडियो बनाकर दावा किया कि तमिलनाडु में बिहार के प्रवासी मजदूरों पर हमले हो रहे हैं। सिब्बल ने कहा कि मनीष कश्यप के 60 लाख फॉलोवर्स हैं। वह एक राजनेता हैं। उन्होंने चुनाव लड़ा है। वह पत्रकार नहीं हैं।
