सरकार ने जारी किया नोटिफिकेशन,पैन कार्ड वाले इन 13 करोड़ ग्राहक का अकाउंट होगा बैन
मार्च का महीना शुरू हो चुका है। एलपीजी से लेकर दूध के दाम और सरकारी विभाग के कई नियम सभी में बदलाव हो गया है। कुछ के लिए भारत सरकार ने इस महीने की आखिरी तारीख तय कर रखी है। उसी में से एक है आधार कार्ड का पैन कार्ड से लिंक करना। .., केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष टैक्स बोर्ड (सीबीडीटी) के तरफ से इस बात को लेकर जानकारी दी गई है कि अगर पैन धारक 31 मार्च तक सरकार द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन नहीं करते हैं तो उनके कारोबार और टैक्स संबंधी सुविधाएं काम करना बंद कर देंगी। आसान भाषा में कहें तो उनका अकाउंट बैन कर दिया जाएगा। बता दें कि कुल 61 करोड़ स्थायी खाता संख्या (PAN) में से करीब 48 करोड़ को अबतक विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या आधार से जोड़ा जा चुका है। 13 करोड़ लोग ऐसे हैं, जिनका पैन-आधार से अभी तक लिंक नहीं हो पाया है। इन लोगों के लिए अब सरकार ने खतरे की घंटी बजा दी है और लिंक कराने की आखिरी डेट भी तय कर दी है। 31 मार्च तक ऐसा नहीं करने वाले लोगों को कारोबार एवं टैक्स संबंधी गतिविधियों में लाभ नहीं मिल पाएगा। केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (सीबीडीटी) के चेयरपर्सन नितिन गुप्ता ने बताया कि अब भी कई करोड़ पैन को आधार से नहीं जोड़ा गया है, लेकिन 31 मार्च की समयसीमा खत्म होने तक इस काम के भी पूरा हो जाने की उम्मीद है। सरकार ने पैन को आधार से जोड़ना अनिवार्य कर दिया है। इसके लिए 31 मार्च 2023 की समयसीमा तय करते हुए कहा गया है कि आधार से नहीं जोड़े गए व्यक्तिगत पैन इस तारीख के बाद निष्क्रिय घोषित कर दिए जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही सरकार ने कहा है कि मौजूदा समय से 31 मार्च के बीच पैन को आधार से जोड़ने के लिए 1,000 रुपये का शुल्क देना होगा। सीबीडीटी प्रमुख ने कहा कि पैन को आधार से जोड़ने के बारे में कई जागरूकता अभियान चलाए गए हैं और हमने इस समयसीमा को कई बार बढ़ाया है। अगर तय समय तक पैन को आधार नहीं जोड़ा जाता है, तो उस धारक को कर लाभ नहीं मिल पाएगा क्योंकि उसका पैन ही मार्च के बाद वैध नहीं रहेगा। सीबीडीटी पिछले साल जारी एक परिपत्र में यह साफ कर चुका है कि पैन के निष्क्रिय हो जाने के बाद संबंधित व्यक्ति को आयकर अधिनियम के तहत निर्धारित सभी परिणामों का सामना करना होगा।
