महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में शिवसेना को लेकर मचे बवाल की गूंज आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनाई देगी। इस मसले पर आज कोर्ट में सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है। उद्धव ठाकरे गुट ने एकनाथ शिंदे गुट को असली शिवसेना के रूप में मान्यता देने के चुनाव आयोग के फैसले के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की है। इससे पहले मंगलवार को सीजेआई जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ और जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा की पीठ के समक्ष उद्धव गुट की ओर से पेश वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने याचिका पर तत्काल सुनवाई का आग्रह किया उद्धव गुट की तरफ से दाखिल याचिका में कहा गया है, ‘‘ईसी (निर्वाचन आयोग) के आदेश पर यदि रोक नहीं लगाई जाती है, तो वे चिह्न और बैंक खाते अपने कब्जे में ले लेंगे। कृपया इसे संविधान पीठ के समक्ष कल के लिए सूचीबद्ध कीजिए।’’ निर्वाचन आयोग ने शिंदे के नेतृत्व वाले गुट को शुक्रवार को असली शिवसेना के रूप में मान्यता दी थी और उसे दिवंगत बालासाहेब ठाकरे द्वारा स्थापित अविभाजित शिवसेना का ‘तीर-कमान’ चुनाव चिह्न आवंटित करने का आदेश दिया था। इससे पहले इस विवाद को लेकर उद्धव ठाकरे ने आरोप लगाया था कि चुनाव आयोग ने उनके साथ न्याय नहीं किया। उन्होंने कहा था कि उनसे उनका सबकुछ चुरा लिया गया। पार्टी का नाम, पार्टी का चुनाव चिन्ह सब चुरा लिया गया। ठाकरे ने कहा था कि वह लोग ठाकरे नाम नहीं चुरा सकते। हम चुनाव आयोग के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएंगे और मामले की सुनवाई होगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ही हमारी आखिरी उम्मीद है। शिवसेना पार्टी का नाम और चुनाव चिन्ह गंवाने के बाद अब उद्धव ठाकरे गुट एक बार फिर से अपने कार्यकर्ताओं को एकजुट करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। उद्धव ठाकरे ने सच्चे शिवसैनिकों को अपने साथ जोड़े रखने के लिए नयी योजना बनाई है। इस योजना के तहत ठाकरे गुट पूरे महाराष्ट्र में रैलियों का आयोजन करेगा। इसे ‘शिवसैनिक निर्धार रैली’ का नाम दिया गया है। इस रैली के जरिए आगामी चुनाव में बीजेपी के खिलाफ पूरी ताकत के साथ लड़ने की शपथ शिवसैनिकों को दिलाई जाएगी। इस सिलसिले में 26 फरवरी को मुंबई के जांभोरी मैदान में पहली शिवसैनिक निर्धार रैली का आयोजन किया गया है।
