ब्रिटेन की राजधानी लंदन स्थित भारतीय उच्चायोग के सामने कई संदिग्ध लोगों के प्रदर्शन के मामले में पाकिस्तानी की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई और खालिस्तानी समर्थकों से जुड़ी साजिश के इनपुट्स मिले हैं. इसे देखते हुए केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी एनआईए ने इस मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल द्वारा दर्ज एफआईआर को टेकओवर कर लिया है.एनआईए से जुड़े सूत्र ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय “MHA” के निर्देश पर जांच एजेंसी ने इस मामले को अपने जिम्मे लिया है. हालांकि अभी तक एनआईए द्वारा औपचारिक तौर पर इसकी पुष्टि नहीं की गई है लंदन में 19 मार्च को भारतीय दूतावास के बाहर विरोध-प्रदर्शन के दौरान तिरंगे का अपमान करने का मामला सामने आया था. एनआईए से जुड़े सूत्र के मुताबिक, उस विरोध-प्रदर्शन और भारतीय तिरंगे के अपमान के पीछे खालिस्तानी आतंकियों और पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई की संदिग्ध भूमिका को देखते हुए इस मामले में एनआईए को तफ्तीश के लिए हरी झंडी दी गई है. एनआईए की टीम इस विरोध प्रदर्शन के पीछे की साजिश की जांच पड़ताल करेगी.
