मोदी सरनेम केस में राहुल गांधी को झटका, रांची “एमपी-एमएलए” कोर्ट ने खारिज की व्यक्तिगत पेशी से छूट याचिका
राहुल गांधी की समस्या मोदी सरनेम मामले को लेकर बढ़ती ही जा रही है। आज रांची की एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट ने ‘मोदी सरनेम मामले’ में को लेकर उनकी एक याचिका खारिज कर दी है। जानकारी दे दें कि राहुल गांधी ने रांची एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट में व्यक्तिगत पेशी से छूट के लिए याचिका दायर की थी। इस याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए रांची की कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी की याचिका खारिज कर दी है। बता दें कि उनके खिलाफ रांची में प्रदीप मोदी नाम के व्यक्ति ने मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया था। इससे पहले गुजरात हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को मोदी सरनेम मामले में कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी को अंतरिम राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया था। बता दें कि कोर्ट ने 2019 के मामले में हुई सजा पर रोक लगाने की उनकी याचिका पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। इस मामले पर अब जस्टिस हेमंत प्रच्छक गर्मी की छुट्टी के बाद फैसला सुनाएंगे। कोर्ट ने तब तक के लिए राहुल गांधी को कोई अंतरिम राहत देने से मना कर दिया था। कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी की ओर से मानहानि केस में दायर आपराधिक पुनरीक्षण याचिका पर मंगलवार (2 मई) को गुजरात हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। गुजरात हाई कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को अंतरिम राहत नहीं दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि मामले की अंतिम सुनवाई पूरी होने के बाद ही अंतिम फैसला देना उचित होगा। कोर्ट ने 2019 के मामले में हुई सजा पर रोक लगाने की उनकी याचिका पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। जस्टिस हेमंत प्रच्छक छुट्टी के बाद फैसला सुनाएंगे।
