जंतर-मंतर पर अपनी मांगों के समर्थन में धरने पर बैठे पहलवानों के खिलाफ भी एफआईआर दर्ज करने के लिए बुधवार को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में एक याचिका दाखिल की गई है। भारतीय कुश्ती संघ (डब्ल्यूएफआई) के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने की मांग कर रहे पहलवान धरने पर बैठे हैं। इस मामले में गुरुवार को सुनवाई होने की संभावना है.याचिका में भारतीय कुश्ती संघ (डब्ल्यूएफआई) के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण शरण सिंह पर यौन उत्पीड़न के कथित आरोप लगाने, प्रधानमंत्री के खिलाफ अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल करने के मामले में विनेश फोगट, बजरंग पूनिया और साक्षी मलिक के खिलाफ आरोप लगाए गए हैं। कहा गया है कि बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ लगाए गए सभी आरोप झूठे हैं। इस तरह का आरोप किसी के दबाव में व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए लगाए गए हैं.आगे कहा कि आरोपी पहलवान अंतरराष्ट्रीय टूर्नामेंट भी खेलते हैं। इनमें कोई भी कथित अपराध का विरोध करने में शारीरिक या दूसरे तरीकों से कमजोर नहीं थे। इसलिए इस बात पर भरोसा करना मुश्किल है कि उन्हें एक 66 साल के व्यक्ति ने परेशान किया था। याचिका में कहा गया है कि इनमें से किसी भी पहलवान ने पहले न तो कथित उत्पीड़न का विरोध किया और न ही पुलिस स्टेशन, महिला हेल्पलाइन या राज्य महिला आयोग में कोई लिखित या मौखिक शिकायत दी या मुकदमा दर्ज कराया। जंतर-मंतर पर पहलवानों का विरोध प्रदर्शन महज पुलिस और अदालत पर अनावश्यक दबाव बनाने के लिए बनाया जा रहा है।
