वो एक दरिंदा है. वो एक बलात्कारी है. वो एक कातिल है. उसे आप सीरियल किलर भी कह सकते हैं और सीरियल रेपिस्ट भी. वो मासूम बच्चों को अपना शिकार बनाता था. वो उनका यौन शोषण करता था और फिर उन्हें मौत की नींद सुला देता था. उसके दिल में रहम नाम की कोई चीज़ नहीं है. उसे मासूमों की चीख पुकार से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता. वो बस अपना शिकार करता था. ये कहानी है दिल्ली के सीरियल किलर रविंदर कुमार की.रविंदर कुमार मूल रूप से यूपी के कासगंज का रहने वाला है. उसके पिता दिहाड़ी मजदूर थे. बाद में वो प्लंबर का काम करने लगे थे. उसकी मां घरों में झाडू-पोछे का काम किया करती थी. उसने छठी कक्षा के बाद पढ़ाई छोड़ दी थी. वो पैसा कमाने के लिए छोटे-मोटे काम करने लगा था. वो ये बात समझ चुका था कि गरीब मजदूर के बच्चे महफूज नहीं होते. लिहाजा जल्द ही वो मजदूरी करने लगा. यही वो दौर था जब उसे पीडोफिलिया की लत लगी.कहते हैं अपराधी चाहे जितना भी शातिर हो, एक ना एक दिन कानून की गिरफ्त में आ ही जाता है. 24 साल का सीरियल किलर रविंदर कुमार भी इसी तरह कानून के शिकंजे में आया था. तभी से वो तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है. हाल ही में अदालत ने उसे दोषी ठहराया है. पुलिस ने उसके लिए अधिकतम सजा की मांग की है. अदालत दो सप्ताह बाद उसकी सजा का ऐलान करेगी.रविंदर एक ऐसा दरिंदा है, जिसने साल 2008 और 2015 के बीच करीब 30 बच्चों को अपना शिकार बनाया. उसका शिकार बनने वालों में दो साल से लेकर बाहर साल तक बच्चे शामिल थे. रविंदर कुमार के सीरियल किलर और सीरियल रेपिस्ट बन जाने की कहानी बेहद खौफनाक और हैरान करने वाली है. उसे बहुत छोटी उम्र में ही पोर्न की लत लग गई थी. इसी दौरान उसने सीडी प्लेयर के जरिए दो पोर्न हॉरर फिल्में देखीं. जिसमें यौन उत्पीड़न और हत्या के सीन देखकर उसका मन भी ऐसा ही करने के लिए बैचेन हो उठा और उसने ऐसा ही करने की ठान ली.
वो अपना शिकार तलाश करने के लिए हर रोज कई किलोमीटर तक पैदल घूमता था. वो ऐसे बच्चों की तलाश करता था. जिनका यौन शोषण करने के बाद वो उन्हें मार डालता था. उसका शिकार ज्यादातर वो बच्चे होते थे, जो ग्रामीण या पिछड़े इलाकों से आते थे और वो गरीब परिवारों से ताल्लुक रखते थे. वो बच्चों को इसलिए मारता था ताकि कोई पीड़ित उसकी पहचान ना कर सके. उसने कुछ लड़कियों को महज इसलिए मारा था कि उन्होंने रेप के दौरान उसका विरोध किया था.
पुलिस के मुताबिक, वो ज्यादातर आधी रात के वक्त पिछड़े इलाकों और मलिन बस्तियों में जाता था. जहां मजदूर तबके के लोग रहा करते थे. वो दिनभर मेहनत मजदूरी करके रात में गहरी नींद सो जाते थे. इसी दौरान वो उनके बच्चों को जगाता था. उन्हें पैसे या मिठाई देकर अपने जाल में फंसाता था और फिर कहीं किसी सुनसान जगह, इमारत या खाली मैदान में ले जाकर उनके साथ ज्यादती करता था.पकड़े जाने के बाद उसने पूछताछ में जो खुलासा किया, उसने पुलिस को भी हैरान कर दिया. जानकारों ने उसकी दरिंदगी की दास्तान सुनकर उसे न केवल एक पीडोफाइल, बल्कि एक नेक्रोफाइल भी करार दिया. साल 2015 में दिल्ली पुलिस छह साल की एक बच्ची के मर्डर केस में जांच पड़ताल कर रही थी. उसी दौरान मुखबिर नेटवर्क और सर्विलांस के जरिए दिल्ली के रोहिणी इलाके में सुखबीर नगर बस स्टैंड से रविंदर कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया गया था. साल 2015 में तफ्तीश के दौरान रविंदर ने पुलिस को दर्जनभर से ज्यादा ऐसी जगहें दिखाईं थीं, जहां उसने वारदातों को अंजाम दिया था. वो इलाके में लगे करीब दर्जनभर सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज दिखाई दिया था. उसने बेगमपुर में एक नाबालिग लड़के का भी अपहरण किया था और फिर उसके साथ दुराचार करने के बाद तेजधार हथियार से उसका गला रेत दिया था. बाद में पुलिस ने एक निर्माणाधीन इमारत के सेप्टिक टैंक से लड़के को रेस्क्यू किया था. उसे लगता था कि वो कभी पकड़ा नहीं जाएगा. इसीलिए वो लगातार अपराध करता रहा. पुलिस का कहना था कि रविंदर कुमार नशे का आदि हो गया था. वो ड्रग्स लिया करता था. इसके बाद वो खुद पर काबू नहीं रख पाता था. जैसे ही गिन ढलता था, वो अपनी हवस मिटाने के लिए बच्चों को तलाशने लगता था. कभी-कभी वो लोकल बसों में अपने शिकार की तलाश करता था. क्योंकि बाहरी राज्यों से आने वाले कई लोग बच्चों के साथ बसों में सवार होते थे.
