अली बाबा: दास्तान-ए-काबुल’ में लीड रोल प्ले कर रहे शीजान को जमानत मिल गई है। एक्टर तुनिषा शर्मा डेथ केस में 69 दिनों से जेल में बंद थे। उन्हें साल 2022 में तुनिषा के सुसाइड केस में गिरफ्तार किया गया था जिसके बाद उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। शीजान की बेल के लिए उनकी फैमिली काफी समय से कोशिशें कर रही थी। न्यूज एजेंसी एएनआई के अनुसार, शीजान को वसई कोर्ट ने 1 लाख रुपए के बॉन्ड पर जमानत दी है। साथ ही उन्हें उनका पासपोर्ट भी जमा करने के लिए कहा गया है। ताकि वो देश से बाहर न जा सकें। इसके साथ कोर्ट ने सबूतों के साथ छेड़छाड़ और गवाहों के साथ संपर्क न करने की शर्त पर शीजान को जमानत दी है। उनकी जमानत से उनकी बहन फलक नाज काफी खुश हैं और शीजान की जमानत पर अल्लाह का शुक्रिया अदा कर रही हैं। एक्ट्रेस तुनिषा शर्मा ने बीते साल 24 दिसंबर को शो के मेकअप रूप में आत्महत्या की थी, जिसके बाद उनकी मां ने शीजान खान को जिम्मेदार ठहराया था। अभिनेत्री की मां ने शीजान पर बेटी को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का आरोप लगाया था। इसके बाद 25 दिसंबर को शीजान खान को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। इसके बाद से लगातार वो 69 दिनों से जेल में थे। हालांकि शीजान के वकील ने उनपर लगे सभी आरोपों को गलत बताया। पुलिस ने शीजान खान के खिलाफ 524 पन्नों की चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी, जिसमें खान पर भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) की धारा 306 (आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाना) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। लगाई गई धारा के अनुसार इसके अनुसार शीजान को 10 साल तक की जेल हो सकती है।
