ज्ञानवापी मामला’हाई कोर्ट ने ASI को कथित शिवलिंग की कार्बन डेटिंग करने की अनुमति दी
वाराणसी में ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने कथित शिवलिंग का साइंटिफिक सर्वे किए जाने का आदेश जारी किया है. साइंटिफिक सर्वे का काम आर्कियोलॉजिकल सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया को करना होगा. कथित शिवलिंग को नुकसान पहुंचाए बिना साइंटिफिक सर्वे करना है. साइंटिफिक सर्वे के जरिए यह पता लगाना होगा कि बरामद हुआ कथित शिवलिंग कितना पुराना है, यह वास्तव में शिवलिंग है या कुछ और है. यह आदेश जस्टिस अरविंद कुमार मिश्र ने लक्ष्मी देवी और अन्य की याचिका पर दिया है.इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने ज्ञानवापी परिसर में सर्वे के दौरान मिले शिवलिंग की कार्बन डेटिंग जांच और साइंटिफिक सर्वे की मांग को लेकर दाखिल याचिका स्वीकार कर ली है. हाईकोर्ट ने ASI को बिना क्षति पहुंचाये शिवलिंग की कार्बन डेटिंग जांच करने का आदेश दिया है. बता दें कि वाराणसी की एक अदालत ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की यथास्थिति कायम रखने के कायम रखने के आदेश के चलते कार्बन डेटिंग जांच कराने से इंकार कर दिया था, जिसे चुनौती दी गई थी. हाई कोर्ट ने वाराणसी की अदालत के आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है. इस बारे में जानकारी हिन्दू पक्ष के वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन ने दी.
