3.जोड़ों के बीच घर्षण कम होता है : जोड़ों के बीच घर्षण को कम करना गठिया के रोग से बचा सकता है। इसलिए,  आपको करना ये है कि बस रात में सोते समय इस तेल को गर्म करके अपने जोड़ों पर लगाएं और ये गर्म पट्टी बांध लें। ये असल में आपकी हड्डियों के बीच नमी पैदा करता है, घर्षण को कम करता है और जोड़ों के दर्द में कमी लाता है। तो, इन तमाम कारणों से आप जोड़ों के दर्द में इस तेल का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
