चक्रवर्ती तूफान से प्रभावित जिलों में NDRF की 17 और SDRF की 12 टीमें तैनात

क्रवाती तूफान ‘बिपरजॉय’ के गुजरात की ओर बढ़ने के साथ ही तटीय जिले सौराष्ट्र और कच्छ में लाखों लोगों के लिए ये सप्ताह काफी भयानक होने वाला है.  चक्रवात के पूरी तरह से पहुंचने में अभी देरी है, लेकिन इसने अपना असर दिखाना अभी से शुरू कर दिया है. इन क्षेत्रों में पेड़ों को उखाड़ने वाली तेज हवाओं की वजह से दो बच्चों सहित तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई. भुज कस्बे में एक दीवार गिरने से दो चचेरे भाई-बहन (चार साल का लड़का और छह साल की लड़की) को अपनी जांन गंवानी पड़ी, जबकि राजकोट के जसदण तालुका में स्कूटर पर एक बड़े पेड़ के गिरने से पति के साथ पिछली सीट पर बैठी एक महिला की मौत हो गई. बिपरजॉय चक्रवात का कच्छ के मांडवी बीच पर खासा असर दिखने लगा है. यहां करीब 500 अस्थाई दुकानों को खाली  कराया गया है. इनमें काफी संख्या में दुकानें डेमेज हुई हैं. यहां मांडवी बीच के आसपास सन्नाटा पसरा है. बीच की ओर जाने वाले सभी रास्तों को बंद कर दिया गया. यहां करीब 50-60 किमी/घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल रही हैं और समुद्री लहरे काफी उफान पर हैं. केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने चक्रवाती तूफान बिपरजॉय के खिलाफ सुरक्षा तैयारियों की समीक्षा को लेकर गृह मंत्रालय में एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक की. वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिये हो रही इस बैठक में गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री, राज्य के गृह मंत्री और 8 जिलों के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ऑनलाइन बैठक शामिल हुए. इस बीच गुजरात के जूनागढ़, कच्छ , जामनगर, पोरबंदर , द्वारका, सोमनाथ, मोरबी  और राजकोट में बड़ी संख्या में  लोगों को स्थानांतरित किया गया. चक्रवर्ती तूफान से प्रभावित 8 जिलों में NDRF की 17 और SDRF की 12 टीमें तैनात की गई हैं. NDRF की कच्छ में चार, देवभूमि द्वारका में तीन, राजकोट में तीन, जामनगर में दो, जूनागढ़ पोरबंदर, गिर सोमनाथ, मोरबी और वलसाड में 1-1 टीम तैनात है. इसके अलावा बड़ौदा में तीन और गांधीनगर में एक टीम को स्टैंडबाई पर रखा गया है. वहीं SDRF की कच्छ, जामनगर और द्वारका में दो-दो टीम, जूनागढ़, पोरबंदर, गिर सोमनाथ, मोरबी, पाटन और बनासकांठा में एक-एक टीम तैनात की गई. इसके अलावा सूरत में एक टीम को रिजर्व रखा गया है.गुजरात सरकार ने कहा है, ‘अब तक प्रभावित जिलों से 20,000 से अधिक लोगों को निकाला गया है. जूनागढ़ जिले में 500, कच्छ में 6,786, जामनगर में 1,500, पोरबंदर में 543, द्वारका में 4,820, गिर-सोमनाथ में 408, मोरबी में 2,000 और राजकोट से 4,031 लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाया गया है.’
