दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री और आम आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल के लिए सोमवार 10 अप्रैल का दिन खुशियां लेकर आया. उनका पार्टी को बड़ी सफलता मिली है. चुनाव आयोग ने आप को एक राष्ट्रीय पार्टी के रूप में मान्यता दे दी है. वहीं, दूसरी ओर शरद पवार की एनसीपी और ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को झटका लगा है और इन दोनों पार्टियों के साथ साथ सीपीआई ने भी नेशनल पार्टी का दर्जा खो दिया है.चुनाव आयोग ने नॉर्थ ईस्ट के राज्य नगालैंड और मेघालय में एनसीपी और तृणमूल कांग्रेस को राज्य दलों के रूप में मान्यता जारी रहेगी. चुनाव आयोग ने सोमवार को जारी अपने आदेश में तेलंगाना में बीआरएस सहित कई राजनीतिक दलों की राज्य पार्टी की स्थिति को भी रद्द कर दिया, जबकि टिपरा मोथा को “मान्यता प्राप्त राज्य राजनीतिक दल” का दर्जा दिया. वहीं, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) को राज्य स्तर की पार्टी का दर्जा मिला है.अगर देश में राष्ट्रीय मान्यता प्राप्त पार्टियों की बात की जाए तो कुल 6 पार्टियों को नेशनल पार्टी का दर्जा मिला हुआ है. इसमें भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी), इंडियन नेशनल कांग्रेस (आईएनसी), कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (मार्कसवादी) यानि सीपीआईएम, बहुजन समाज पार्टी (बीएसपी), नेशनल पीपल्स पार्टी (एनपीपी) और अब इसमें आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) भी शामिल हो गई है. आयोग ने कहा कि आप को चार राज्यों दिल्ली, गोवा, पंजाब और गुजरात में उसके चुनावी प्रदर्शन के आधार पर एक राष्ट्रीय पार्टी के रूप में दर्जा दिया गया है.एक नेशनल पार्टी बनने के लिए कई तरह के कैटिगरी रखी गई हैं. जिसमें पहली तो ये है कि किसी भी पार्टी की कम से कम तीन राज्यों में लगभग 11 लोकसभा सीटें होनी चाहिए. इसके अलावा एक कैटिगरी ये भी है कि अगर कोई पार्टी 4 राज्यों में राज्य पार्टी की कैटिगरी में शामिल हो जाती है तो उसे मान्यता मिल जाती है. अब राज्य पार्टी की कैटिगरी में शामिल होने के लिए पार्टी को एक राज्य के विधानसभा चुनाव में 6 प्रतिशत वोट/2 सीटें निकालनी होती हैं. अगर उसका वोट प्रतिशत 6 से कम है तो सीटों की संख्या 3 होनी चाहिए.
