अरविंद केजरीवाल आज भगवंत मान-संजय सिंह के साथ पहुंचेंगे मुंबई,उद्धव ठाकरे से करेंगे मुलाकात

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल  आज 23 मई, मंगलवार मुंबई दौरे पर हैं. यहां वे उद्धव ठाकरे और शरद पवार से मुलाकात करेंगे. केजरीवाल का यह दौरा दो दिनों का होने वाला है. वे शाम को मुंबई में दाखिल होंगे. उनके साथ पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान. सांसद संजय सिंह और राघव चड्ढा भी मुंबई आ रहे हैं. इससे पहले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी से मुलाकात की है. आज शाम मुंबई आने के बाद वे कल ठाकरे गुट के प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे से और उसके बाद एनसीपी प्रमुख शरद पवार से मुलाकात करेंगे.अरविंद केजरीवाल की आम आदमी पार्टी का कहना है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को ना मानते हुए गैर संवैधानिक और अलोकतांत्रिक तरीके से केेंद्र सरकार ने अध्यादेश लाकर दिल्ली की चुनी हुई सरकार से सर्विसेस से जुड़े मामले में कानून बनाने का अधिकार छीन लिया है. इससे दिल्ली में अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग और उनपर करप्शन के मामले में एक्शन के अधिकार को ले लिया गया है. अब इन मामलों के लिए तीन सदस्यीय नेशनल कैपिटल सिविल सर्विसेस अथॉरिटी का गठन किया गया है.दूसरी तरफ केंद्र सरकार का तर्क है कि दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य नहीं है, इसलिए यहां इस मामले में केंद्र सरकार को इस मामले में निर्णय लेने का अधिकार है. इस तरह ये अधिकार दिल्ली के उप राज्यपाल को सौंप दिए गए हैं. अरविंद केजरीवाल ने केंद्र सरकार के इस अध्यादेश को राज्यसभा में रोकने की मुहिम शुरू की है. इसी वजह से वे अलग-अलग राज्यों में जाकर विपक्षी नेताओं से मुलाकातें कर रहे हैं.
