पटना आगमन के पहले दिन बागेश्वर धाम के धीरेंद्र शास्त्री जिस कार में बैठे थे, उस कार का 1000 रुपये का चालान काटा गया है. कार बीजेपी सांसद मनोज तिवारी चला रहे थे और धीरेंद्र शास्त्री ड्राइवर सीट के बगल वाली सीट पर बैठे हुए थे. फाइन सीट बेल्ट नहीं लगाने को लेकर लगाया गया है. बता दें कि 13 से 17 मई तक पांच दिन की हनमंत कथा करने के बाद धीरेंद्र शास्त्री वापस एमपी के लिए रवाना हो गए थे. दरअसल, पटना के नौबतपुर स्थित तरेत मठ में हनुमंत कथा का आयोजन तक किया गया था. धीरेंद्र शास्त्री कथा के लिए पटना पहुंचे थे. एयरपोर्ट से होटल के लिए फॉर्च्यूनर कार से निकले थे. कार को बीजेपी सांसद मनोज तिवारी चला रहे थे और धीरेंद्र शास्त्री ड्राइवर सीट के पास वाली सीट पर बैठ हुए थे. इनके अलावा भी कार में और लोग सवार थे. सामने आया था कि कार में बैठे किसी भी व्यक्ति ने सीट बेल्ट नहीं लगाई थी. इस बात की शिकायत ट्रैफिक पुलिस से की गई थी. डिपार्टमेंट ने एक्शन लेते हुए 1000 रुपये का फाइन लगाया है. वहीं, पटना से एमपी चार्टर्ड प्लेन से वापस आने को लेकर भी धीरेंद्र शास्त्री पर सवाल खड़े किए जा रहे हैं. आरजेडी- जेडीयू ने पूछा है कि बाबा के पास चार्टर्ड प्लेन कहां से आ गया. साथ ही पटना एयरपोर्ट के रनवे पर भीड़ के पहुंचने पर भी सवाल खड़े किए गए हैं.
जब धीरेंद्र शास्त्री चार्टर्ड प्लेन में सवार होने के लिए रनवे पर पहुंते थे तो उनके भक्तों की भीड़ वहां पहुंच गई थी और उन्हें घेर लिया गया था. इस पर विरोध जताते हुए आरजेडी- जेडीयू नेताओं ने कहा था कि इस तरह से रनवे पर भीड़ का जाना सही नहीं है. इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए.
