भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ दर्ज केस में जांच की निगरानी के लिए जंतर-मंतर पर धरने पर बैठीं महिला पहलवानों ने अब कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। महिला पहलवानों की याचिका पर राउज एवन्यू कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस से मामले में स्टेटस रिपोर्ट मांगी है।जानकारी के मुताबिक, महिला पहलवानों की याचिका में मांग गई है कि कोर्ट पुलिस से अब तक की जांच को लेकर स्टेटस रिपोर्ट तलब करें, साथ ही बिना देरी किए इस मामले में शिकायतकर्ताओं के बयान कोर्ट में दर्ज कराया जाए। इस पर कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस से स्टेटस रिपोर्ट तलब की और मामले की अगली सुनवाई के लिए 12 मई की तारीख तय की। दिल्ली महिला आयोग (डीसीडब्ल्यू) ने भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण सिंह द्वारा महिला पहलवानों के साथ यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में अभी तक गिरफ्तारी न किए जाने पर दिल्ली पुलिस को समन जारी किया है।आयोग की अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल ने कहा कि एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में पाक्सो के तहत बृजभूषण सिंह के खिलाफ एक एफआइआर दर्ज की गई है, जबकि अन्य शिकायतकर्ताओं के साथ यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में एक और एफआइआर दर्ज की गई है, लेकिन अभी तक किसी भी आरोपित को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया है। वहीं, प्राथमिकी दर्ज होने के 10 दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद, नाबालिग लड़की सहित अन्य पीड़िताओं के बयान भी दर्ज नहीं किए गए हैं।मालीवाल ने नई दिल्ली जिले के पुलिस उपायुक्त को समन जारी कर मामले में स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है।
