महाराष्ट्र में एनसीपी चीफ शरद पवार के फिर से पार्टी की कमान संभालने के बाद सबसे ज्यादा हलचल बीजेपी में मानी जा रही है. राजनीति के शातिर खिलाड़ी पवार के इस दांव से बीजेपी के उन मंसूबों पर पानी फिरता दिख रहा है, जिनसे वो आने वाले चुनावों में शह और मात का खेल खेलना चाहती थी. एक वक्त पर लग रहा था कि एनसीपी में भी दो फाड़ हो सकते हैं और शरद पवार की मेहनत से सींची हुई इस पार्टी का भी वही हाल हो सकता है जो शिवसेना का हुआ, लेकिन शरद पवार की आखिरी चाल का किसी को भी अंदाजा नहीं था. अब अगर एनसीपी अगले एक साल में अपनी ताकत और बढ़ाती है तो ये बीजेपी के लिए एक बड़ी चुनौती के तौर पर होगा. आइए समझते हैं कैसे. कुछ दिनों पहले शरद पवार की पार्टी एनसीपी में अचानक हलचल शुरू हुई, जिसमें बताया गया कि अजित पवार फिर से बैचेन दिख रहे हैं. कहा गया कि अजित पार्टी विधायकों के साथ बातचीत कर रहे हैं और बीजेपी के साथ जाने की तैयारी हो रही है. क्योंकि अजित पवार पहले भी फडणवीस के साथ मिलकर ऐसा कदम उठा चुके थे, ऐसे में कयास लग रहे थे कि बीजेपी एक बार फिर इसी कोशिश में है कि अजित पवार को अपने साथ लेकर शिवसेना की ही तरह पार्टी को दो हिस्सों में बांट दिया जाए.पार्टी में चल रही हलचल के बीच शरद पवार आते हैं और एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान अपने इस्तीफा का ऐलान कर देते हैं. इस घटनाक्रम पर बीजेपी समेत तमाम दलों की नजरें टिक गईं. पार्टी की तरफ से 16 सदस्यों की कमेटी बनाई गई. इस बीच अजित पवार अकेले ऐसे नेता थे, जो पवार के फैसले से सहमत दिख रहे थे और बाकी नेताओं को भी इसे स्वीकार करने की सलाह दे रहे थे. इस दौरान फिर से कयास लगाए जाने लगे कि शरद पवार के पीछे हटने के बाद एनसीपी टूट सकती है. बीजेपी भी वेट एंड वॉच की पोजिशन में थी, लेकिन किसी को ये पता नहीं था कि शरद पवार की आखिरी चाल क्या है. नए अध्यक्ष के लिए चुनी गई कमेटी ने शरद पवार का इस्तीफा नामंजूर कर दिया और कहा कि पार्टी में उनके कद का कोई नेता ही नहीं है. इसके बाद शरद पवार ने अपना फैसला वापस ले लिया और अब फिर से पार्टी की कमान उनके मजबूत हाथों में है. अपने इस एक दांव से शरद पवार ने अजित पवार समेत तमाम बागी विधायकों को कमजोर करने का काम किया और पार्टी पर पकड़ को मजबूत कर दिया. वहीं बीजेपी को भी एक बड़ा झटका दे दिया. एक तरफ महाराष्ट्र में अजित पवार की छटपटाहट को देखा जा सकता है, जैसे वो पिछले लंबे वक्त से बीजेपी के साथ हाथ मिलाने के लिए तैयार हैं. इसके पीछे कई तरह के कारण बताए जा रहे हैं, जिनमें उनके और बाकी विधायकों पर चल रही केंद्रीय एजेंसियों की कार्रवाई भी शामिल है. हालांकि शरद पवार दूर की सोच रखते हैं. राजनीतिक जानकारों के मुताबिक शरद पवार बीजेपी के साथ जाकर खुद का नुकसान नहीं करना चाहते हैं. उनका मानना है कि अभी बीजेपी के साथ जाने से एनसीपी की ताकत कहीं न कहीं कम होगी.अब एनसीपी अध्यक्ष के तौर पर शरद पवार की वापसी का बीजेपी को बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है, दरअसल बीजेपी की कोशिश थी कि वो किसी तरह चुनाव से पहले या तो पूरी एनसीपी को अपने साथ ले, या फिर अजित पवार के सहारे पार्टी के आधे विधायकों को अपने पाले में शामिल करे. ऐसा करने पर आने वाले चुनाव बीजेपी के लिए केकवॉक की तरह होते. क्योंकि शिवसेना पहले ही दो फाड़ हो चुकी है, जिसका वोट बैंक चुनावों में या तो पूरी तरह बंट जाएगा या फिर बीजेपी के साथ शिफ्ट होगा. वहीं अगर एनसीपी भी रास्ते से हट जाती तो लोकसभा और विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी की बड़ी जीत लगभग तय थी. ऐसे में बीजेपी की राह अब महाराष्ट्र में आसान नहीं दिख रही. शरद पवार को विपक्षी एकता का एक मजबूत स्तंभ माना जाता है, विपक्षी नेता इसके लिए उनसे मुलाकात भी कर रहे हैं. ऐसे में शरद पवार को साथ लेकर विपक्ष अगर एकजुट हुआ तो बीजेपी के लिए महाराष्ट्र जैसे बड़े राज्य में ये बड़ा झटका साबित हो सकता है.
