दिल्ली सरकार टीचर्स को फिनलैंड भेजने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंची, 14 अप्रैल को होगी सुनवाई
दिल्ली सरकार और राज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना के बीच खींचतान जारी है. इसी बीच शिक्षकों की ट्रेनिंग को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंची है. शिक्षकों को ट्रेनिंग पर भेजने में एलजी के दखल को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा याचिका दायर की गई है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी याचिका पर सुनवाई को तैयार हो गई है.14 अप्रैल को सुनवाई होगी. दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने सीजेआई डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ की बेंच को बताया, किस शिक्षक को भेजना है, कैसे भेजना है, कब भेजना है, यह एलजी तय कर रहे हैं. ये मामला शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का है इस पर CJI डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि वो इस मामले को 14 अप्रैल सुनवाई के लिस्ट करेंगे. गौरतलब है कि शिक्षकों को ट्रेनिंग के लिए फिनलैंड भेजने को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार और एलजी के बीच काफी तनातनी हुई थी. दरअसल, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारा प्रशिक्षण के लिए फिनलैंड जाने को लेकर एक आदेश जारी कर सभी यात्राओं पर रोक लगा दी गई है
