होली खेलने के बाद सबसे पहले चेहरे को बार-बार साफ पानी से धोएं और इसके बाद क्लीजिंग क्रीम या लोशन लगाएं। कुछ समय बाद इसे गीले काटन वूल की मदद से साफ करें। आंखों के आसपास वाली जगह को हल्के-हल्के साफ करना न भूलें। क्लींजिंग जेल चेहरे पर जमे रंगों को हटाने में काफी मददगार होता है। आप घर पर बनाए गए क्लींजर की मदद से होली के रंग को हटा सकते हैं। इसे बनाने के लिए आधा कप ठंडे दूघ में जैतून, तिल या कोई भी वनस्पति तेल मिला लिजिए। अब जहां-जहां स्किन पर रंग लगा है वहां इस मिश्रण को रुई की मदद से लगाएं और साफ करें। तिल के तेल से मालिश कर के भी स्किन से रंग आसानी से हटाया जा सकता है। बेसन के फेस पैक की मदद से भी होली के रंगों को हटाया जा सकता है। इसके लिए एक कटोरी में दो चम्मच बेसन, एक चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर और एक चम्मच मलाई डालकर अच्छे से मिला लें। अब इस पेस्ट को अपने स्किन पर लगा लें और सूखने के बाद साफ पानी से अपना चेहरा धो लें। होली खेलने से पहले बालों पर हेयर सीरम या कंडीशनर का लगा लें। इससे बालों को गुलाल के रंगों की वजह से पहुंचने वाले सूखेपन से सुरक्षा मिलेगी।. थोड़ी से हेयर क्रीम लेकर उसे दोनों हथेलियों पर फैलाकर बालों की हल्की-हल्की मालिश करें। या फिर नारियल तेल भी बालों पर लगाकर होली के रंगों के नुकसान से उन्हें बचा सकते हैं। होली खेलने के बाद बालों को अच्छे से शैंपू से धो लें। इसके बाद बालों में कंडीशनर लगाएं फिर बालों को पानी से साफ करने के बाद हेयर सीरम लगाएं। इस उपाय से आपके बालों से रूखापन दूर होगा।
