जम्मू-कश्मीर विधानसभा सीटों के परिसीमन को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुनाया। कोर्ट ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में विधानसभा सीटों के परिसीमन को सही ठहराया है। परिसीमन को सही ठहराते हुए सुर्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका खारिज कर दी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को खारिज कर दिया। जम्मू-कश्मीर में विधानसभा सीटों के परिसीमन को SC ने ठहराया सही / जस्टिस अभय. एस ओक की अगुवाई वाली पीठ ने फैसला सुनाते हुए जम्मू-कश्मीर में विधानसभा सीटों के परिसीमन को सही ठहराया है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने इस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू और कश्मीर में विधानसभा और लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के पुनर्निर्धारण के लिए परिसीमन आयोग के गठन के सरकार के फैसले को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को खारिज कर दिया।
