यूपी की राजधानी लखनऊ में सिविल कोर्ट के बाहर माफिया संजीव जीवा की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई. लखनऊ कोर्ट के बाहर हुई इस गोलीबारी में एक पुुलिसवाले, एक बच्ची और एक महिला को भी गोली लगने की खबर है. यानी बदमाशों की तरफ से हुई अंधाधुंध फायरिंग में संजीव की हत्या के साथ कई लोगों के गोली लगने से घायल होने की खबर है. ये संजीव जीवा वही गैंगस्टर माफिया जो यूपी के कुख्यात मुख्तार अंसारी का बेहद करीबी था.बताया जा रहा है कि कोर्ट के बाहर वकील की ड्रेस पहनकर आए बदमाशों ने ताबड़तोड़ गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. गोली लगने से मौके पर ही मौत हो गई. बताते हैं कि बीजेपी नेता ब्रह्मदत्त दिवेदी की हत्या में संजीव जीवा आरोपी था. घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची. जांच की जा रही है. लेकिन इस घटना से एक बार फिर से पुलिस पर सवालिया निशान उठ रहे हैं. क्योंकि इससे पहले प्रयागराज में पुलिस की मौजदूगी अतीक अहमद और उसके भाई अशरफ की गोली मारकर हत्या की गई थी. जीवा पर जेल से गैंग चलाने और आपराधिक गतिविधियों को अंजाम देने का आरोप था. पिछले कुछ सालों से संजीव जीवा अपनी पत्नी को राजनीति में स्थापित करने की कोशिश कर रहा था. जीवा की पत्नी पायल माहेश्वरी ने भी 2017 का विधानसभा चुनाव सदर सीट से रालोद में शामिल होकर लड़ा था. संजीव जीवा इस समय लखनऊ जेल में बंद था. 90 के दशक में संजीव माहेश्वरी ने अपना खौफ पैदा करना शुरू किया, फिर धीरे-धीरे वह पुलिस और आम लोगों के लिए सिरदर्द बन गए. शुरुआती दिनों में वह एक डिस्पेंसरी संचालक के यहां कंपाउंडर का काम करता था. इसी नौकरी के दौरान जीवा ने अपने बॉस यानी डिस्पेंसरी संचालक का अपहरण कर लिया था. इस घटना के बाद उसने 90 के दशक में कोलकाता के एक कारोबारी के बेटे का भी अपहरण कर लिया और दो करोड़ की फिरौती मांगी. उस समय किसी से दो करोड़ की फिरौती मांगना भी अपने आप में बहुत बड़ी बात थी. इसके बाद जीवा हरिद्वार के नाजिम गिरोह में शामिल हो गया और फिर सतेंद्र बरनाला के साथ जुड़ गया, लेकिन उसे अपना गिरोह बनाने की तड़प थी.
