यूपी निकाय चुनाव में मेयर की पहली सीट का नतीजा आ गया है। झांसी से बीजेपी के बिहारी लाल आर्य जीत गए हैं। झांसी नगर निगम में 25 राउंड की काउंटिंग के बाद बिहारी लाल आर्य को 1,23,451 वोट मिले हैं। कांग्रेस के अरविंद उर्फ बबलू को 39,903 वोट मिले हैं। बसपा के भगवान दास को 21,570 वोट और समाजवादी पार्टी के सतीश जतारिया ने 21,029 मत हासिल किए हैं।झांसी नगर निगम से भाजपा मेयर प्रत्याशी बिहारीलाल आर्य ने करीब 80 हजार वोटों से जीते हासिल की है। कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अरविंद बबलू दूसरे स्थान पर, तीसरे स्थान पर बसपा भगवानदास फुले और चौथे स्थान पर समाजवादी पार्टी के मेयर प्रत्याशी सतीश जतारिया रहे हैं। यूपी निकाय चुनाव के लिए 4 मई और 1 मई को 2 चरणों में मतदान होने के बाद आज 13 मई को मतों की गिनती जारी है। निगम में बीजेपी का स्वीप करती दिख रही है।
