ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में वजू खोलने की मांग वाली याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल, 14 अप्रैल को होगी सुनवाई
वाराणसी की ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद का मामला एक बार फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मस्जिद की इंतजामिया कमेटी की तरफ से याचिका दाखिल कर रमजान के दौरान वजूखाने के सीलबंद क्षेत्र को खोलने की मांग की गई है सुप्रीम कोर्ट 14 अप्रैल को मामले में सुनवाई के लिए तैयार हो गया है.मस्जिद की ओर से पेश वकील हुजैफा अहमदी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस को मेंशन किया. उन्होंने कोर्ट से कहा कि रमजान चल रहा है, ऐसे में कुछ व्यवस्था की जाए. उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में कोर्ट की ओर से वजू और नमाज की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निर्देश पारित किए गए थे. लेकिन इसकी व्यवस्था नहीं की गई. ऐसे में हमें कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. सीजेआई ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट 14 अप्रैल को मामले में सुनवाई करेगा. अगस्त 2021 में 5 महिलाओं ने श्रृंगार गौरी में पूजन और विग्रहों की सुरक्षा को लेकर याचिका डाली थी. इस पर सिविल जज सीनियर डिविजन रवि कुमार दिवाकर नेदिवाकर ने कोर्ट कमिश्नर नियुक्त कर ज्ञानवापी का सर्वे कराने का आदेश दिया था हिंदू पक्ष ने दावा किया था कि सर्वे के दौरान शिवलिंग मिला. जबकि मुस्लिम पक्ष का दावा था कि ये एक फव्वारा है. इसके बाद हिंदू पक्ष ने विवादित स्थल को सील करने की मांग की थी सेशन कोर्ट ने इसे सील करने का आदेश दिया था. इसके खिलाफ मुस्लिम पक्ष ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वाराणसी जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया था कि मस्जिद के अंदर जिस स्थान पर कथित ‘शिवलिंग’ मिला है, उसे सुरक्षित रखा जाए. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने कहा था कि यह भी ध्यान रखा जाए कि मुसलमानों के नमाज अदा करने का अधिकार प्रभावित नहीं होना चाहिए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केस जिला जज को ट्रांसफर कर इस वाद की पोषणीयता पर नियमित सुनवाई कर फैसला सुनाने का निर्देश दिया था जिला जज ने पूजा की मांग वाली याचिका को सुनवाई योग्य माना था
