जमीन के बदले नौकरी घोटाले के मामले में बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव के परिवार की मुश्किलें बढ़ती जा रही है. अब केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) ने बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव को इस मामले में पूछताछ के लिए समन जारी किया है. सीबीआई ने इससे पहले भी तेजस्वी यादव को 4 फरवरी को समन जारी किया था लेकिन वह जांच एजेंसी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए थे. लैंड फॉर जॉब स्कैम में तेजस्वी के खिलाफ मिले सबूतों के आधार पर यह समन जारी किया गया है इससे पहले सीबीआई ने लालू यादव और उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी से पूछताछ की थी. ईडी ने इस मामले में सीबीआई की शिकायत पर प्रिवेन्शन ऑफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट के तहत केस दर्ज किया है. लैंड फॉर जॉब स्कैम मामले में लालू परिवार को 15 मार्च को दिल्ली की अदालत में भी पेश होना है. बीते महीने दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने लालू यादव, उनकी पत्नी राबड़ी देवी और बेटी मीसा भारती को समन जारी किया था. शुक्रवार को ही ‘लैंड फॉर जॉब’ स्कैम मामले में ईडी ने दिल्ली, और पटना सहित करीब 15 जगहों पर छापेमारी की थी. यह छापेमारी तेजस्वी यादव और लालू यादव की बेटियों के घर के अलावा अन्य राजद नेताओं के आवास पर भी कई गई. इस दौरान जांच एजेंसी ने बड़ी मात्रा में नकदी, विदेशी करेंसी और सोना बरामद किया था. सीबीआई का कहना है कि लालू यादव के रेल मंत्री रहते हुए नौकरी के बदले कथित जमीन घोटाला हुआ था.आरोप है कि रेल मंत्री रहते हुए लालू यादव ने पटना के 12 लोगों को ग्रुप डी में चुपके से नौकरी दी और उनसे अपने परिवार के लोगों के नाम पटना में जमीनें लिखवा लीं. सीबीआई का दावा है कि लालू यादव की पत्नी राबड़ी. देवी, बेटी मीसा भारती और हेमा यादव के नाम प्लॉट्स की रजिस्ट्री कराई गई और जमीन की मामूली कीमत नकद में चुकाई गई.उधर रेलवे में जिन पदों पर भर्ती हुई, उसका न तो विज्ञापन निकाला गया और न ही सेंट्रल रेलवे को सूचना दी गई. आवेदन देने के 3 दिन के अंदर नौकरी दे दी गई. लैंड फॉर जॉब के इस मामले में सीबीआई का कहना है कि लालू परिवार ने सात उम्मीदवारों के परिजनों से जमीन ली और बदले में उन्हें रेलवे में नौकरी दी गई. इन जमीनों की सौदा नकद में हुआ, बेहद कम दामों में इन जमीनों को खरीदा गया और बाद में बड़े मुनाफे के साथ बेच दिया गया.इनमें से पांच जमीनें तो लालू प्रसाद यादव के परिवार ने खरीदी थी जबकि दो लालू परिवार को गिफ्ट के तौर पर मिलीं.
